Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between the user ("You") and winbix ("Platform"). The winbix platform offers online betting services including slots, live casino, sports betting, roulette, Sic Bo and various other games to eligible users.

The winbix platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

General payment terms are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• All transactions must use a payment method registered in the same name as the user's account.
• Withdrawals using third-party payment methods are not permitted.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement RM150 × 10 = RM1,500.
• Second example: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,088 → Wagering requirement RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other bonuses unless stated otherwise.
• winbix reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice.

Game Rules and Betting

All games offered on winbix use a random number generator (RNG) certified as fair by an independent auditing body. The outcome of every game is random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Users agree that:

• Winnings will be credited to the user's account immediately after the game ends.

• Transferring funds between winbix accounts with other users.
• Using the winbix platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to access the platform's backend systems, databases or source code.
• Spreading false or misleading information about winbix to other users.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions gives winbix the right to suspend or close the relevant account, block access to the platform, cancel all transactions involved and report the activity to the relevant authorities if necessary.
